When a large government agency with a $600 billion portfolio needed to replace their legacy system with a third party accounting system, they called upon eSolutionsFirst to lead the integration. The scope of the project was complex, the deadline was tight, and the in-house staff had few subject matter experts to help with the transition.

SOLUTION

eSolutionsFirst was able to quickly and accurately map over 200,000 security positions, completing the entire project in under ten months. In addition, eSoultionsFirst developed a robust reconciliation mechanism to validate the data. Although the mechanism was originally designed for the conversion, it worked so well the client continues to use it as their primary validation method today.
